CONDITIONS

The exchange and return of the goods being of the adequate quality is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange and return of the product are made if the specified product was not in use, if its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, factory and original packaging are preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of its purchase.

We do not accept for return the items that do not comply with our return rules. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.

PROCEDURE

For orders within Ukraine, exchanges and returns can be made using Nova Poshta. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

 International shipping is available worldwide. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately according to the rates of the selected shipping carrier. The final shipping cost is displayed during checkout before payment.

International Returns

Customers may return eligible items within the return period in accordance with this Return Policy.

The cost of returning an item from another country is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, and any other charges related to the return shipment are not reimbursed and are not included in the product price or the original shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment using a shipping carrier of their choice.
